How to buy

So you can buy your order with complete peace of mind, we explain in 3 simple steps how to do it:

1. Search: Find the products from the menu and different categories or use the search engine to go directly to the product page you need.

2. Add: Add your products to your shopping cart and access the summary of your order from the CONFIRM button.

3. Confirm: Review your products, fill in the information we ask for, and follow all the steps before confirming your order and clicking the CONFIRM MY ORDER button.

To pay for your order, you must register as a customer. You can register at the time of purchase and continue following the steps we indicate to complete the purchase process.

If you are already a customer, log in to identify yourself and follow the steps we indicate to complete the purchase process.

The orders resulting from the purchasing process are kept in electronic support and are always available in your purchase history: Your account > History and details of my orders.

Through our online store, we provide information about our products and their characteristics with the utmost care and precision.

Payment

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

To pay by credit card, we give you access to a secure space through our bank's payment gateway, where you can enter your data to make the payment safely.

We do not process any order until we verify that all the data is correct and the payment has been made.

Shipping conditions

For shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):

- FREE on purchases over 70€

- 6,50€ on purchases below 70€.

For Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs are 9,50€ and for the Canary Islands, 9,50€.

For shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), orders are delivered on business days.

We consider business days to be weekdays from Monday to Friday. Remember that if you place your order on weekends or holidays, we will not process it until the following business day.

Returns and exchanges policy

You have 14 business days to return a product. If you have decided that you do not want it, you can return it, but remember that it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

We will refund the amount of the product. The shipping costs of the return are completely at your expense.

In case the product you receive is not the one you ordered, is not in good condition, or there is any other problem, please contact us before 14 days, by phone or email, and we will solve it as soon as possible.
